Michael Douglas has been selling and leasing retail and Office Investment buildings for over 7 years. Also, has experience managing real estate investment portfolios across the United States and also represents investors in the acquisition and disposition of their portfolios.
Michael’s has substantial experience selling investments including retail, office condos and industrial buildings. He has also represented owners in build- to- suit transactions.
Michael has a proven ability to maximize seller proceeds and work with investors, landlord tenants, property managers, vendors and contractors to get a deal across the finish line.
Michael’s knowledge and experience are extensive in the following areas:
- Worked with clients through architectural planning, vertical construction, lease up and value-add sale of assets.
- Investment sales, owner occupied sales, land sales and leasing.
- Experience with general plan amendments, re-zoning cases and city challenges.
- Facilitated working with both investors and owner/users in securing financing for acquisition of commercial real estate

Michael has earned an MBA Degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
