Marketing Assistant & Administrator
Rachael Anderer is ORION’s Marketing Assistant and Administrator. She started with ORION in 2018 in an Administrative/Research role and is currently working on obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson License. Her primary roles are managing all company operations and assisting in meeting and exceeding the company’s marketing objectives.
Rachael manages ORION’s online presence through press releases, web articles, and property listings on websites such as Loopnet and Crexi. She works together with the Receptionist to maintain efficiency in the company’s operations, assists with recurring comprehensive reports, plans ORION’s company events, on-boards new agents and conducts research for the firm. She also works with the Graphic Design team to manage property campaigns from proposal to close by assisting in the creation of offering memorandums, leasing brochures, email blasts, postcards, banners, and other graphics that are needed. She has harvested extensive industry knowledge on all commercial property types from retail to multifamily, leasing to investment, and everything in between through her experience in the business.
Rachael’s advanced skillset includes Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, CoStar, LoopNet, CREXI, Build Out, WordPress and Microsoft Office. Her optimism, attitude, attention to detail, organization, and excellent communication skills all make her an asset to the ORION Team.
