Thrive Autism Services signed a lease for ±6,300 square feet at 4611 E Chandler Blvd in the high-traffic Ahwatukee Foothills corridor. The retail center—shadow-anchored by Kohl’s and surrounded by national brands like Starbucks and CVS—offered an ideal combination of visibility, accessibility, and community demographics.

This site was not publicly listed, and Michael Douglas was able to secure the location through direct negotiation—highlighting both his market expertise and proactive approach to tenant representation.
