The ICRE Investment Team at ORION Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce it has represented VGM HD, LLC (dba VGM Home Dialysis) in the lease of a ±3,080-square-foot medical suite at 90 Mountain View, located at 9977 N. 90th Street, Suite 162, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The turnkey medical suite — configured with multiple exam rooms, a lab, private offices, and support space — will serve as a dialysis treatment center and related administrative offices, advancing VGM Home Dialysis’s growth in the Greater Phoenix market.
VGM Home Dialysis operates under VGM Group, Inc., a Waterloo, Iowa–based organization affiliated with VGM & Associates, the nation’s largest and most comprehensive Member Service Organization (MSO) for post-acute healthcare.
